Talk about quarterback issues in this division. YIKES! My guess is Bengals, Steelers, Ravens, Browns in that order.

The Bengals
Its a tight division but the Bengals are going to be a strong team again. Ravens can make a run for it...but McNair wont stay healthy. The Steelers have a beat up big ben...and repeating as champs is always tough, so the odds are they wont take the division. The Browns have a young quarterback in Frye and he is going to need some time before he can help the Browns produce.

Steelers will win. After that the as long as Palmer comes back decent the Bengals should come in Second. With the Browns and Ravens it's hard to pick. Almost depends on how long McNair stays healthy. Heck if he was healthy all season he may pull out the division for them, although I doubt that.

The Bengals will win there division as long as Carson Palmer returns soon enough from his injury. If he does not the Steelers will win the division.
1. Bengals, as long as C. Palmer is back at 100%
2. Steelers, they are overrated in my opinion but still good
3. Ravens, Steve McNair will help them but the team is only ok
4. Browns, they have to many holes right now

Steelers will win the division, just holding off the Bengals. (I'll keep saying it again "defense wins championships"....that's why Pittsburgh takes the division, but Cincy will give them a run for the money). Baltimore takes 3rd, and Cleveland brings up the rear.
The Bengals will be a wild card, and will be a tough out come playoff time.

I'd love to say the Bengals would win, but with Carson Palmer's health being a big question mark, I'll go with the reigning champs, the Steelers.
