New York & Company. Also check Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Sometimes Target has good stuff, and sometimes Old Navy does too. I am not sure where you are located, but try H&M (http://www.hm.com/). H&M isn't located everywhere so check and see if there's a store close to you. Check the clearance racks at major department stores as well.

You can try consignment shops, but they usually charge around 50% of what they think is retail cost, so the women who put their clothes up for consignment get 25% profit of full retail cost.

Goodwill shops will sell their clothes from anywhere between $1.67 - $15.00.

I personally like ebay. If I'm not sure of measurements, I'll email the seller to get measurements of the outfit to make sure that they'll fit me before I buy them. On ebay, you can buy brand names - suits and outfits that normally cost $100-500, as low as $1-20. Usually brand new with tags, or like new.

Nordstrom Rack has nice, often designer-brand clothing at extremely reduced prices. I would try there before something like TJ Maxx or Marshalls because it tends to be more organized and the selection is better.

I would say Old Navy. They have clothes for all body shapes and their prices are always great.
