You can try doing heavy (for a pregnant lady) manual work like hauling buckets of water to wash a car, clean out the garage - push a broom. Be sure you can do these things without causing harm to yourself first. Not only will these chores help MAYBE move things along but you will also have a clean car. And congratulations, may you & your baby be happy & healthy! God Bless

Try using 1 oz of castor oil mix it with something you like to drink I had it with orange juice. And drink away. Its going to be hard to keep it down I know but you have to keep with it. I was not due until jan 10th so I was told by my friend whom did this same procedure. I drank it at 3:00 that afternoon and at 10:00 I went into labor and finally had my baby at 2:00 that morning. It had to of been the mixture I was 10 days early. My friend as well had her baby the same day she drank it.

Sex or sometimes using a breast pump to extract milk (if this is not your first child...but I am assuming it is since you are asking about labor induction). My first son I ate some mac and cheese with spicy BBQ sauce...that rushed things right along.

something in raspberrys naturally softens the cervice. so drink some raspberry juice. but it has to be real. my cousins boyfriend tried to be helpful and bought a whole case of liptons raspberry tea. helpful but useless. so this is something ive only heard though though the general public. my doctor actually told me that sperm can induce labor. i dont remember the specfics. i was just amazed that a man has a purpose past the getting pregnant part.

sex is probably the most popular and enjoyable. Nipple stimulation can work, but should be ok'd by your midwife or dr., because it can bring on labor hard and fast. I don't like enemas or castor oil because they can dehydrate a woman who is likely to need all the hydration she can get for labor. A professional can suggest certain herbal teas or administer acupressure.

there is a position where you get on all fours so the weight is off your belly....this will make the child move and induce labor if you are close.....good luck
