Zebras are black with white stripes, trust me on this one, I am obsessed with gaining animal knowledge. I watched Jeff Corwin and that's what he said. If there are more black stripes than white then he is black with white stripes. And take a look at that nose, its black right? So he is black with white stripes.

i think they're black when poachers removed their skins after they shoot some zebras as i have watched in Discovery Channel long ago!
