Try any of the www.wahm.com sites (work at home mom sites - they tell you what to watch out for and give you some good work at home ideas.)

I make extra money on the net ( I don't do surveys but I do sell items on "auction houses" and if you have any questions about my suggestions, feel free to email me through "yahoo answers" I spend close to 12 hours a weeks (any free time that I have)! Here are what I do (my suggestions). .(1) I have a blog and a website that makes me money
(2) I also sell stuff on the Internet, basically I sold extra items that I had at home or I go to yard sales, discount bins at my local stores and resell them on the net. I use different "auction houses", to sell my items. One I use to sell small items and I use a local on to sell the bigger items (3) I also make a little extra money by reading emails, I spend about 1/2 to an hour a night doing this, I got lucky a few weeks ago and came across a website that had all the info that I needed about making extra money like "reading emails". I will post the link that I used below.

Tell her to stop spending and get that 2nd job. She can cut down on bills by looking into cheaper cell phone plans, cheaper cable plans, using generic brand food instead of brand name, stop buying Starbucks, etc. The way out of debt is the exact opposite of getting into debt - if you overspend to get into debt, you underspend to get out of it. This is really no one's fault except her own and she needs to take charge of her budgeting and fix the problem. Or you could just lend her the money in which case, my guess is that she just runs up all the bills again, doesn't change her spending habits and you never see the money again. It ain't rocket science.
