I think they clean them out with water all the time.
Also boogers are caused by drying of snot. An elephants trunk is very efficiently hunidified.

yes boogers come from the dirt and things in your eyes so if elephants have eyes then they have boogers

yes dirt bogers all the time espically in there eyes when they wake up
