A good anti-virus is what you need.

I recommend AVAST (http://www.avast.com/ ) which is free and works perfectly.

The latest license (since it's free) is:
W7699653H3200A1106-LHVVDVRN

But please, pay attention to some tips:
1-Some "viruses" can not be taken just by a good anti-virus; Sometimes a reinstalation of the Windows is needed;
2-Almost programs are not a virus itself, but a spy-ware which should be deleted by your own hands.

If you need some help on burning some viruses, send me a message, ok!?

See ya.

Depends on the Virus. If it is a virus in you go to a doctor. If it is a computer virus, look it up at Symantec or McAfee or what ever virus program you have. They will show you what you can and cannot do.

Is the virus in you or your computer? If it's in you, VERY tiny tweezers. If it's the the 'puter, search for a removal tool at Google on the net. Good luck.
