No. My cat is right by my side almost all the time. She doesn't act any different when I am naked than when I am fuly clothed. Cats love you unconditionally they don't care what you look like or have on or off.

Not really. But I feel uncomfortable when I am sleeping naked and she wants to get under the blankets with me and cuddle. Then I feel creepy. My kitty is still young, so she also kneeds with her paws. And last night she wanted to kneed me as I was sleeping naked...I felt awkward
