I think sense of touch is definatly the most important. Personally I would not ever want to lose my hearing. I would rather be blind. Now taste plays a big roll but I don't think anyone has completely lost their taste. Smell is not that important compared to others. I know a couple of people that was born without the sense of smell but it does effect your sense of taste.
By reading other answers, it seems nobody even thinks about their sense of touch (feel). For those who said blind would be worst, try walking, grabbing, sitting, standing, etc. without the sense of touch.

I'd have to say as an artist and just as a person, sight. Althought it would suck not to enjoy food (taste) I could live with it. Although it would be terrible not to be able to feel my wife laying next to me and would potentially be very dangerous if I hurt myself, I could live without the sense of feeling. If I couldn't taste my food already, not smelling it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Not being able to hear could be dangerous, but at least I could see if I was going to get run over by a UPS truck. I feel like I'd just die not being to see my wife each day and see my son grow up and do fun things and communicate with me whether it be through talking or sign language.

All your senses are pretty important, it's hard to pick out one because your other senses strengthen to compensate for the loss of one.
I personally value the sense of touch over most, life would be so empty without warmth and touching other people ya know?

I say hearing. I love music... I think it would be so hard for me to play music when I can't even hear if ti sounds right. But if I had those hearing enhancers, I'd say sight...
Say, can I put the sixth sense down here too? I really love my common sense which isn't really common nowadays...

I think touch is.
Though considering that sight and hearing are the to most commonly lost senses, I would have to say I fear losing sight more than hearing.

I know someone who has no sense of touch or feel because of an aneurysm, you can poke or pinch him anywhere and he won't feel it. That is very sad. I enjoy my sense of taste most of all, but it is closely linked to the sense of smell. Who can't resist the smell of peanut butter cookies in the oven? And then the taste of the warm cookies in your mouth? See, very closely related.
