I believe RAID makes a wasp nest killer that shoots a spray about 15 feet. I'd give that a try in the daytime first, then if it doesn't reach... try night menuvers (play the theme song for mission impossible while your at it)

pay someone to transplant the nest to a part of their house that they do use. i guarantee a day or two of dodging the wasp they will be more than happy to call the Orkin Man

Call your local law enforcement agency - tell them you don't know who to call and maybe they can refer you to someone. Ours actually told me where the fireworks were last night and we're in a big town!! They're helpful when they know the answer.
