honey, you are fine. And you aren't done growing yet, so don't worry. Keep yourself active, and eat right. Not to lose weight, but to teach yourself a healthy lifestyle now, so you won't have to worry about it later

Nope. Not at all. I'm 5'9" and about 185-190. I'd like to get back down to 165 or so, because I am getting a little belly, but I'm definetly not fat. When I was your age, I was in the 130's, and I was way too thin.

I'd say at 155, you're a good size. Plus, girls have... ummm... more curves than guys, and that's gonna add a few pounds. I can't speak for all men, but I'd rather have a girl weigh a little more, and not have a body like a 15 year old boy...

if your ribs are stiking out then no. i'm not too sure about height, but i'm 15-16 (crossing the border) am 5'1" and i weight anywhere from 100-120. it's an unstable weight rage. my sister is about the same age and she's 5'5 1/2 and 135lbs. it's probably just the way your built. go for daily or weekly jogs if you feel insecure, otherwise you're fine

Is that too much for what? If you're worried about your health, see a doctor. If you're not sure if you're in good physical conditioning, you might want to talk to your school coach or check out a personal trainer at your local gym.

Bottom line is this: you have to be you!! As long as you're happy, healthy, and take care of yourself, then nope, it's not "too much". Just be you!

If you are active then you are fine. I am the same height and wish I weighed 155, but I look pretty thin at 170 believe it or not. It jsut depends on your body type. If your healthy, your healthy.

The best way would be go see your family doctor they can run tests to tell you what your Body Fat Percent is.

Don't go by your weight, as that isn't nearly as important as your Body Percent fat.

And no matter what your weight, as long as you feel good, and the doctor says your healthy then thats all that matter.

To know for sure, talk to your doctor. If you get your cholesterol, blood sugar, etc. checked and he/she says everything looks fine, don't worry!

Staying active should be enough to help stay healthy. Healthy is better than skinny any day.
