wow that is a really good question. You know what, this question is probably the most heartfelt and expressive one I have encountered yet on this site. If people actually took responsibility for their own actions and behaviors this world would be soooooooooo different. People could actually LIVE AND LOVE
for the first time.

forget court! murderers and stuff would turn them selves in and you wouldn't have to sue anyone for not paying the damages on your care. it would be wonderful!
