After years and years being married, I can tell you that anniversaries are much nicer when I make a special dinner of our favorite recipees to enjoy at home. I set the table with my best china, silver, crystal and linens. I put on a very nice dress and put on music. Then, we enjoy our time together. LOVELY.

Try something different! Like take a dance class together, or Tae Bo, etc.. I'll be celebrating my 6 month anniversary next month, and I am also hoping to celebrate it different!

How about your backyard? It's close and it'll be funny.

Take a road trip. Just start driving out some roads that seem to go nowhere and stop there.
And maybe "Run out of gas" ;)

I think it would be super special to recreate your first date. Whether it was dinner & a movie or something completely different. That would be romantic.
