I had to give up my incontinent dog and I want another one but...?

You got rid of your dog just because it was incontinent? If that is in fact the reason then maybe you shouldn't get another dog. Dogs are not just something you throw away, nor are they something that comes out of a box working perfectly.

Well you can try to talk to him or you can get another animal.Find a dog he might like.There are many in the world.
