Depends on who is at QB for Atlanta at the time
If Vick, Ravens will win by 3
If Schaub, Falcons will win by 7
Just think, if Schaub could shred Belichick's defense in a 3-point loss with a more complicated design, then Baltimore's tough but simpler defense shouldn't hold up Schaub. With VIck, all Baltimore has to do is pass rush to Vick's right and force him to the left, hindering his mobility (since Vick takes longer to throw than Schaub does).

neither team has a qb good question. mcnair will fart wrong and will be out for the rest of the year and the falcons start a tailback at qb they both have good defenses should be a good game if the ravens stop the run the falcons are threw
