Do you believe that Lie Detector actually works? I don't. I believe that a psychologist with many year experience on his/her hand can easily fool the lie detector. We all know that lie detector works by measuring our heart beats and nerves. What is your opinion?

Lie detectors can be fooled. Of course they can. But I am sure it is not an easy thing to do. How many people do you know who can control their heartbeat and nerves while being grilled and questioned from all kinds of angles?

I don't think they are 100% reliable by any means, but I do think they work.

I was told by an attorney that polygraph is not admissible in court, that should tell you something. Even if it were infallible meaning that it is utterly reliable every single session and never failing ( if that were possible) and you tested negative to deception, the authorities will lie about it if they don’t like you because they are corrupt

no because minds are very powerful and very conceiving thus they can also conceive lie detector.

no, because when you are nervous it says that you are lying no matter what. In some cases when you are so calm you may be lying and it is saying that you told the truth.

If you are a naturally non-excitable person you can lie your a.s.s. off & pass with flying colors.

THEY ARE NOT FOOL PROOF, BUT THEY ARE REALLY CALLED POLYGRAPHS( THEY DO NOT DETECT LIES ). IF YOU PUT A TACK IN YOUR SHOE AND STEP ON IT WITH EACH QUESTION IT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY...

yes and no because it somethimes tells the truth. not all the time.

no they don'T! that is why courts do not admit any of the results as evidence
