Yes. It was a good ending. Monica and Chandler leave their apartment, Joey accepts saying goodbye, Ross along with Phoebe, spends a good portion of the episode chasing Rachel down at the airport, which she is leaving for Paris. Ross goes to an airport and it's the wrong one, so Phoebe and him madly dash to the real airport and Phoebe and Rachel inadvertently cause a panic on Rachel's flight due to a quote from Final Destination One, so that buys some time. Ross and Phoebe make it to the airport just in time and Ross heads Rachel off. He begs her not to go, he tells her he loves her, and he doesn't want her to go. Rachel however, doesn't admit she still loves him. She wants to go to Paris or so she thinks. She walks in the boardway, leaving Ross behind, depressed. When Ross gets home, there's a message for him, from Rachel. She admits she loves him too and realizes she's making a mistake going to Paris. The message ends with her trying to make the people let her off the flight, and leaves Ross suspended. Rachel comes out from the doorway, saying she got off. Realizing they want to be together for good, they kiss. At the end, Monica and Chandler leave the apartment, but not before telling everyone to give up their keys. And everyone does. Also in the episode, the pool table is destroyed when Monica has to get Chandler and Joey's baby chick out, and the memories of that pool table are gone with it. So, good finale.

Rachel almost moved to Paris for a new job, and rebuffed Ross when he chased her down at the airport and begged her to stay - but she "got off the plane" and later showed up at his apartment.
Monica and Chandler were able to be present in the delivery room as their birthmother gave birth to twins. The last scene of the show had everybody gathered in their now-empty apartment as they were all packed up to move to the suburbs. The gang decided they had time to all go out for one last cup of coffee before it was time for them to leave.
