Your definition is wrong, I have approx £400,000 but it is worth 12 times that in the country i live in and i am classed as rich (not by me) It is also wrong because rich or poor, it would be impossible to get a million pounds in your pockets unless its a bond or a cheque.

i would give it to someone who would remind me of myself (younger self).....
Someone who would be worthy of my money, and use it in his/her own investments to make his life fuller and richer.

And in answer to those who wrote "rich ppl out buying diamonds........". A true rich person does not do that. Someone who by chance or with ease receives a lot of wealth does not know the meaning of hard work and so are only in thought of buying "diamonds". Someone who actually worked hard and saw the real meanings of life, buys diamonds when the time is right, but not just for the sake of it. Those that do (ie. film stars, artists....) are fools and can never appreciate money or life

Statistical FACT:

If you redistributed the wealth of the world to everyone in the world, the money would be in the same hands as it was initially in less than 10 years.

Looks like I'm really the only truly rich person to answer this question?
And far richer than the sum you mentioned, so what would I do with it if I had to?
I would have it all cremated with my mortal remains , and let all my relatives do what I had to do to, get their own wealth by lying cheating and crapp**g on the the working man ! it wasn't easy getting to where I am today!!
Hope this helps??

Rich folks aren't going to answer this question or even read it for that matter. Rich people are out buying diamonds and planes right now, not sitting back answering silly questions. Do you think they care about the questions and concerns of the common man. Please, re-direct your question to the proper economic demographic and you may find the answer you are looking for.

If all the richest people put their money together to share with everyone, there wouldn't be enough to go round.

You can guarantee that they would keep a good portion of their wealth tucked away. It's human nature to preserve ones status.

The Peace Core.

Why: These people go where no one else in the world will go (not even the UN) to help people who can't help themselves. And they dont expect to get any reward other than saving a life.

Rich people do not redistribute their wealth by choice. (Unless it is a publicity stunt.)
