I think you should quit ballet and continue ice skating, because ice skating will use your ballet skills, but ballet won't really use your ice skating skills.

I say quit the ice skating. I love it, and it's fun, but unless you go to the Olympics, the Ice Capades is all that is ahead of you. For ballet, there are lots of dancing shows you could get into, and it could give you "experience" for other types of dancing if you decide to branch off. Ice skating will always be on the ice, which will isolate your skills too much. Anyway, you can always ice skate for fun with friends but how many friends can ballet dance with you (and be good at it!) Drop the skates, keep the toe shoes!

Hum that's a really tough one. Personally I like ballet better, but both sports really compliment eachother. Stick with ice skating because it's like two for one?
Good Luck!

Ballet will give you a grounding for all types of dancing in the future, so keep it.
You can always skate on the weekends.

Which are you the most advanced in and can go further with in a career?I would choose the one that I know I could become a major star in.Since I do not know how well you do with either one I can't give you an answer without crushing your hopes.Tell me how well you do in both before I can give you an honest opinion.
