Sorry...I'm not a White Sox fan.The White Sox are actually my least favorite team ever but I do really like Paul Konerko!

Since I'm a pitching fan, I would have to go with Buerhle, with Jenks as a close second. Buerhle works so fast and has such great command; even though he's been rocked a couple of times this year, he still has the goods it takes to be a top-line ace of a very good staff. (I also enjoyed his rain delay antics until the big boss told him to cut it out!) Big Bobby has really become an excellent pitcher this year, using more offspeed and breaking stuff as opposed to the 100mph heat from last year. He's saving his arm, and still saving a great percentage of games.
And if I had to pick a position player, it's Scott Podsednik. A speed guy who still enjoys practicing the lost art of base-stealing, and a catalyst for many a big inning over the past couple of seasons. He can get on base for the ever-dangerous 3-4-5 trio in the middle of our lineup - somebody needs to get on base so they can up their RBI numbers!
(And as an aside, I echo the sentiments of one of the earlier responders (although not as intense) - read the question and answer accordingly. (This is one of the biggest problems with the Answers! forum - people trying to just throw out anything to get their names and faces out there and earn points.))

As a Mets Fan, I can answer your question diplomaticly.
AJ is my favorite White Sock, bucause he's a nutcase who holds nothing back, but Paul Konerco (did I spell his name right) seems like the team leader.
On my Team, I love them all, but my favorits are Jose Reyes and David Wright.

it was aaron rowand till he got traded still love the way he plays but he isnt there anymore so i would say joe crede he plays one hell of a third base and his bat is coming along well
