Well tell your sister to tell that guy you like him but don't go ask him out, but if you really like him go for it.

1st talk 2 your sister and see if shes ok with it(in lest u dnt care)when she comes over talk 2 her ask her question spit some game and fine out if she wants 2 talk 2 u
