For this Italian-American from NY, there is no more perfectly crafted film than Francis Ford Coppola's masterpiece, "The Godfather", although some may argue that it's a probably a tie between "The Godfather" and "The Godfather Part II", which is the only sequel ever to win an Oscar for Best Picture. You can see the two of them combined chronologically on video as "The Godfather Saga", which also includes some deleted scenes, like the Genco deathbed scene. While Part III was panned by the critics, the scene on the pasta-making table between first cousins Vincent (Andy Garcia) and Mary (Sofia Coppola) and the one between Andy Garcia and Bridget Fonda in his apartment make that movie all worthwhile for me!

Can't pick just one. The Crow, The Libertine, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show are some of the best.
