Does anyone think Ken lay will still appeal his conviction?

How about this, Nic: Death wipes out a person's criminal history if they haven't been sentenced. How convenient for him. This will go down as the greatest dupe of 2006.

No, I say that Kenny Boy's probably doing better than ever right now. Living carefree to the word.

He had a heart attacke before the hearing to see what his jail sentence would be.

You might say he cheated the prosecution the joy of seeing his sentencing.
