Plot Summary for

I dont know a movie like that, but sounds alot like the car from "Automan" from the 80's with Desi Arnez Jr.

the wraith w/ charlie sheen... pretty good eighties movie! the car was a dodge but it was modified. it was either a shadow or a daytona. but in the movie it looked kind of cool. oh yeah and he had like a glowing leg brace or something in the back of the car, right?
