First, find a lawyer. Second, you better have a darn good excuse why CPS has been called in.

It's bad if CPS is taking your kids.

they can either remove them and place them in foster care or leave them with you.. but you do everything and any thing they want you to do.. must be a reason why they want it? try parenting classes but do no argue with them.. the state always wins!!!
