Well i seem to out voted on this one...Hostel in my opinion blew Saw out of the water, both of them! Yeah it starts off slow but when it gets in to it WOW you only need the last 45 mins to be that way i would be sick if it were any more!

Actually, Saw (the first one) was better than Hostel, but Hostel was about a tie with Saw 2.

Saw all the way. Hostel was good but can not compete with Saw. Saw had a better plot line in my opinion and the surprise ending rocked.

Saw was 10 times better than Hostel. Hostel did not have that many gruesome scenes.

saw 1 & 2 is better than hostel, hostel is too much like a foreign film

I preferred Saw, I felt it had more of a plot (and even a vague "lesson"--value the life you're given) where as Hostel seemed more like random violence and soft core sex.

Saw ALL THE WAY!!!! Hostel? to be honest i really did not like that movie! but SAW i loved that movie: scary and suspenseful, really makes you think! and the second one? OMG! prerecorded! whoever made that movie is a genius cuz i had no idea that that recording was prerecorded!
