I think 5 light meals is one answer. Breakfast, in-between break and lunch, lunch, in-between lunch and dinner, then dinner. Helps to maintain your energy and blood sugar levels through the day for optimal performance on the body machine.

I eat approximately six small meals plus one typical sit down dinner with my family. That's what works for me. Your results may vary.
