I know this sounds like a weird question comming from a guy, but I'm currently going to the gym to put on a huge amount of muscle mass, growing my hair out and growing a Triple H like beard, so that I look like Triple H.
But do women actually find him physically attractive? Or is a short haircut with no beard and a slimmer more toned physique like Randy Orton and John Cena more attractive?
What do you think?

hmm..i find triple h a little attractive...i like his personality better though...go for John Cena..I love him like CRAZY,& so do alot of other girls..they don't really go crazy for HHH though.

Honestly, in my opinion, why would you want to look like someone else? I'm sure that you are fine looking just as you are. Women (all people actually) like diversity and differences. Why would a woman want a man who is trying to look like someone else and possibly have a "dime a-dozen" look?
Please stay the way you are and you'll have plenty of women chasing after you. Remember, it's always better to have the unique and rare, rather than the common and mass-produced.

HHH is attractive but Randy Orton and John cena are more attractive.....plus RKO and John are younger so i think that makes a difference

Every woman has a different opinion of what they think is good looking or a great personality.Triple H has something about him that turns me on but its not his looks.Randy Orton turns me on looks and all.John Cena doesn't turn me on in looks but his body does.But the most sexiest thing a man can be his himself.

I'm sorry to say, (in fact, quite sorry to admit I even know who you're talking about) but yes, I do think he's attractive. The thing is though, I think it's his personality that makes him more attractive than physically (and he's got a great smile). But when he first came back from that leg injury a few years back, and it was obvious that all he had done was spend months working out his upper body, and he was in peak condition, I did think "phoaw! I wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers!" LOL
Do I think you should grow your hair out and try to look like him though? No. Trip is not real. In real life, I would look for a man that looks smart (I mean dresses sharp, clean cut).

Yes - he's hot! After all, the sex appeal is part of his persona!
Don't try to look like him. To attract women, you have to be yourself. Find your own look - what you are comfortable with - then you will really attract lots of women!
In real life, HHH is very soft spoken and a real gentleman!

Well just because one women finds him attractive, there is always one who don't. You need to be yourself, and not try to be someone else. And to answer your question, what you like to look at and what you want can be two different things.

triple h' muscles- huge and nice but the girl with him will have problem sleeping with him.
from distance that looks hot but ask him girls dont like him.
tripleh's haircut - good on him but imagine kurt angle with that hair .
so, every person every else style .
tripleh's beard - when i saw him like that i didnot like him at first , now he looks old big daddy then he was cute hot man.
