I think Germany has done a heck of a job. The only downside has been the spotty officiating.

No discredit to Germany, Japan & Korea did a fantastic job in co-hosting World Cup 2002.. same goes to France for World Cup 1998 as well... Well, it's really hard to compare but one serious technical error surfaced during the group stage match between South Korea & Togo. South Korea's national anthem was played twice before the match, compared to Togo's one time. Perhaps the techincal people already knew that South Korea will defeat Togo 2-1?

They hav done a really good job, but it should hav actually been in Sputh Africa this year, coz @ the voting 4 where this WC should b hosted there was a bit of a scandal, but w/e. Germany's a beautiful country & they really improved their stadiums and everything was well organized

yeah, i think japan and korea is still the best host in term of organizing and hosting.

others have been just as successful..i was equally impressed with Korea/Japan due to the political situation of NK...
