Tell the truth.

These tests look for patterns in your answers to determine if you are lying.

Good Luck!

answer the questions to appear to be more outgoing and persistent. these tests are designed so that there's really no "right" answer to them but as long as you remain consistent in your answers then that will show your worthiness and leadership characterisitcs. a lot of the questions are the same thing but are worded differently so make sure your answers are the same for each one regardless of whether or not there is a better answer. if you keep jumping around to different answers to the same question then it looks bad on the final report.

Do yourself a favor and be honest because they are testing you to see if you are a good fit for the job. You really do want to be a good fit, it makes you a much happier person. However, If you want to skew the results in your favor, imagine the ideal candidate for the job and answer the questions with that persons traits in mind. AnnetteH

Be honest in your answers otherwise they may see a pattern of you saying just what they want to hear.
As a rule they want to see a responsible, flexible & outgoing personality. Honesty tho is really KEY.
