Perhaps what this co-worker was doing was dangerous and you knew this. And being the good employee that you are you said "be careful". Obviously, he didn't listen.. otherwise he wouldn't have gotten hurt. ESP as people so often call it really does exist and everyone has it. Unfortunately not everyone trusts that little voice.
