If you like Saosin I highly reccomend you check out Circa Survive, the band of their older singer Anthony Green. ******* amazing.
Also give a listen to The Receiving End of Sirens (wonderful), Emery, The Fall of Troy, Boys Night Out, The Bled, As Cities Burn, and maybe Norma Jean.

Alkaline Trio and, despite their slight mainstream tendency, Story of the Year and Yellowcard(especially the older music before Ocean Avenue) are great bands.

I like all the same things as you, hmmm you should listen to Asian Kung-fu Generation or Miyavi. Their music may not be in English, but its not mainstream, and since we have similar music taste and I like this stuff, you might like it too. Here are some links to the music.
