Its definately who you know. Thats the way it is everywhere. If you are well connected in anything you can do pretty much whatever you want and get away with it. EG, all idiot police officers who get away with doing anything.

True ... sometimes it even goes beyond who you know ... It is sad because too many qualified people are left flipping burgers while unqualified, uneducated folks are running this country.
