If I had no music in my Library on iTunes, what would happen if I connected my iPod full of music to my computer and then disconnect it once I see all my music that was on my iPod?

The reason Im asking is because my computer rebooted on it's on, and lost ALL the information I had on my computer off of it. Now I have to get my music back.

I have been there and done that. It is truly scary to see your libary empty. You wonder how you'll get more music and what to do about recharging the ipod. lucky for you your not doomed. Now when you unplug your ipod the library will empty again. This is because your ipod is no longer installed on your computer. What you have to do is find your software that came with your ipod and reinstall your ipod to your computer.

If you connect the Ipod your computer will erase all your music unless you set Itunes to not auto sync
