Usually around the second trimester.Which is around 4 or 5 months. Sometimes not until 6 months though depending on which pregnancy it is. When it's a second or more you tend to feel them a little earlier. At first it feels like butterflies, then gets stronger and more frequent as your pregnancy progresses.

You normally feel it at around 3 or 4 months(12-16 weeks) but as I think has been mentioned, it is already moving before you can feel it.

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

it actually starts to move at soon as it is conceived, but you might not be able to feel it until you are about 16 weeks or more. with your first it can sometimes not be felt until it is about 18-20 weeks.
