Fear. Almost all other forms of negative emotions are based upon Fear.
Fear of loss can lead to Jealousy and Grief.
Fear of the Unknown can lead to Hate.
Fear of getting hurt or harmed can lead to Anger.
Fear of the future can lead to Anxiety.
Fear of contact can lead to Loneliness.
Fear of the lack of love can lead to Lust.
Fear of choice can lead to Apathy.

I was going to say the same answer as you....I can put up with anger more....so the emotion i dislike the most is jealousy....its the one emotion I cant control no matter how much i tell myself to......Its a horrible emotion.

There are a lot I dislike. I am not sure I can narrow it down. I agree with you that anger and jealousy are two awful ones. And most other negative emotions stem off those two things.

Jealousy !!!!!!
Positive & negative emotions have the
same vibration, that is to say the same
cylces per minute, so it seems our state
of mind is what gets us in serious trouble
with ourselves.
If we could be angry or jealous and still
maintain our being as understanding the feelings
we would all be able to cope better in our
way in natures garden of life.

Fear and Jealousy....they both go hand in hand....if you're jealous it's usually some kind of fear you have of being less of a person than the one your jealous of....I don't know....I just don't like being scared of anything and being jealous is not a good thing for me
