"curling is a passion, regardless of skill." yes, i know that. but to be a true olympic curling athelete, what should one be doing?

First, you really have to be in a curling hotbed to get the good competition at the the club level. Then you need play A LOT in the elite league in your own club. Once you've been able to win your own club play downs you need to make a plan to qualify for and then win your nation's Olympic trials. You may want to go to the trials with the folks you play with all the time, or form an "all star" team depending on the circumstances. You need to go to the trials in good form but not "burnt out" from too much curling.

I think you can make ten bucks for signing up to play for the US Olympic curling team
