Unfortunately, it's going to be low income for the first 6 months but with 5 dependents plus him self, you should be able to get a big return on your income tax in which you can stretch out till his pay gets better.try C.R.S.T. , he'll go out with a trainer for 28 days at 18 cents a mile, then after that he'll team up with another driver,he'll probably already know with whom in the 4 weeks of more training or so prior to the 28 days out with a trainer, but anyway he'll go up to 26 cents a mile.He might want to ask if he can go out with the trainer right after one week orientation since he already has his license. But, take it from a long time class A driver,he's going to have to go over the road for 6 months to a year to really acquire confidence and then he can get hired on a local job and be home every day. Wish you and your family, the best of luck.

Crst does nothing but team driving
Arrow does only flatbed
