Actually, my question is only half serious, but I like how some are absurdly turning this back on me as if my complaint is comparable to the act which it is about. How utterly obnoxious. So I am to believe that I some how am in a minority in my complaint? Ludicrous on its face.

Make them work as a cashier at Wal-Mart. They will have little time to be bored and you won't be around to hear it.

I think that we should bore holes in their skulls with a Black & Decker and a 3/8 inch bit. Not only would they be truly bored, but we could also poke around in their to try and get a different reaction.

They should have to do all the things people who aren't bored hate to do like chores. They should be required to do crossword and word find puzzles everyday. They should be fined everytime they say they are bored like the swear jar. Somewhere between a quarter and dollar.

I'm a teacher who hears it quite often. However, the punishment should be to have the person entertain others for at least 30 minutes. That would cure them.

they should be forced to entertain people, the best response to "im bored" after about the third repitition would be "me to, do something funny, or else your just wasting space here arnt you"
