i was told and read that 3 cousins aren't realted cause there so like desitent in between if u kno what i mean, theres like not a strong blood line in there for your 3 third cousins to be related is that true

Everyone is related, if you go back far enough. But at a certain point, there's so much distance that even though you're related, it just doesn't matter. Where that point is, is a pretty subjective question. Around here, I think it's illegal to marry your second cousin and anyone closer, so I could marry my third cousin. That may be the closest you can get to an objective definition of how strong the bloodline is.
