Well it's not exactly american idol, but it's something like it. I want to audition. I have an alto voice but I can get my acapella voice up really high, and I can get very very loud. what's a good song to sing for me? Respect by Aretha Franklin isn't working for me.

How about "Will You Remeber Me" by Sarah McLachlan? That's a beautiful alto song with some high pitches.
