Put an ad in the paper and advertise as a "handyman" or someone willing to do odd jobs. Maybe advertise in a paper that mostly caters to senior citizens. Also, never be afriad to use word of mouth advertising, let people know your available to to do odd jobs.

You can certainly run and add in the paper or on a local recruiting website advertising the things you are willing and capable of doing. Keep in mind that without doing something distasteful or illegal you will be very limited on how much money you can make. I use someone I found on a list at the grocery store that picks up after my dogs (pooper scooper) and someone that mows my lawn. Be careful too, you don't want to be go in peoples backyards and houses without someone else knowing exactly where you are. You might check in with someone on a cell phone just when you are about to do a job. You might look in to getting some education and doing something from home that makes money and has a future. Start by making flyers for your town and put them in mailboxes, grocery stores and so on. List what you can do and post your phone number.

It also helps if you set up a webpage advertising your services. And then link it to places that are local to you.

Good luck! :)

Why don't you begin a small, home-based business? They are usually inexpensive, you can work online on your own hours, and they pay well. MCM focuses on three areas, wellness, education, and wealth. Email some of your interests and we can send you some options. Cheers,
