Possibility #1:I believe it may have been a fluke. What I mean is that I think it was a crazed fan or a stalker. No conspiracy, just a freak event.
Possibility #2: TuPac isn't really dead. He faked it. Machivelli was an Italian who lived in the Middle Ages who faked his own death. Listen to some of the lyrics of TuPac.
