If we go to the burial and crucifixion sites we can obtain Jesus' DNA and clone him?

No, for several reasons:

1. There are no DNA samples to use
2. Once some DNA is found, how will anybody know it is his?
3. DNA is a very delicate and instable molecule. It tends to break down over time. After 2,000 years, any DNA molecule would be completely decayed.
4. God would not let that happen.
5. As of today, there are no sucessful human clones. Certain animals are easier to clone than others, and humans are the most difficult.

p.s. what would be the point? it isn't like the clone would know and remember all the things that the real Jesus knew.

If you believe that every day in the mass celebration the priest is able to convert the wine and bread into the blood and flesh of Jesus, then I have to assume that Jesus it is the most cloned thing in the world.
From there if you are able to extract some DNA from that samples and intent a classical cloning process, you could be ending cloning grapes or wheat. If you are able to write a research proposal and you get granted, why not give a try? maybe you success and you really clone Jesus. You should be prepare for a second or a third aim in your proposal you can include the hypothesis of using the Turin Shroud as an other resource of DNA, but also be careful in not sub clone some extinct plant. Remember also to include some controls in your experiments such as differential gene expression from wheat, grape and planst otherwise will be hard to publish in some of the top tier journals.

Theoretically, if the DNA is available, you could clone anything or anybody. The technology is there; however, ethics is holding it back. Realistically, however, given the improbability (or should I say impossibility) of finding a viable specimen of 2000 year old DNA and also being able to actually verify that it came from Jesus, it's unlikely that anyone ever could do clone him.

Actually the cloning process is still an experiment...and we cannot receive enough DNA to clone Jesus....some scientists are trying to clone an animal which was extincted about 100 years ago and they don't manage....surly they can't clone Jesus who died 2000 years ago..

You're assuming that Jesus won't stop you from cloning Him. Better watch your back pulling that crap.

I thought I read somewhere that they had 'found' Jesus' grave or coffin or something, but they didnt open it up....I'd say if he really was in that coffin, we could, but not sure if we should. People would go insane.
