heating pad and pain killer. If they are really bad you can get an over-the-counter pain reliever. They work the best!

I've heard that if you have caffeine a few days leading up to your period, then cramps may be bad. A heating pad might work for you. What works for me is to be physically active (exercise) throughout the month.

any physical activity, as disgusting as it may sound when in it's that time of the month, really really does help; midol can be taken during the day but not before or during bedtime. don't have your hips over your head (so no headstands, handstands, back bends, hanging by your legs, tipping back on the couch wth you feet up...the blood that's insde you is meant to come out, and when it can't it's trapped and goes back inside of you which can be if not painful, dangerous to your internal organs and such).

Take some mint leaves and boild them in a kettle full of water. After boiling, water should have gone a golden yellow, dark yellow or greenish yellow. Add sugar to it-trust me its V tasty, I use it when I get pains.

A good orgasm--possibly self induced.
Birth control pills--reduces excessive flow, as well.
