really depends on your bone structure and weight, but a 3/4 could be a little on the slim side. Talk to your doctor, they would be the best person to let you know.

Well what you should be asking yourself is, do you FEEL okay? What is right is what feels right. If you are unable to go about your daily routine without fatigue or if you feel cold in warm temperatures you might want to gain some weight to help insulate and nourish your body. Many times what is right for one person is completely wrong for another so you really just have to go with your instincts. Everyones body is different and the human body is an amazing thing, it will tell you what it needs! just live your life and enjoy being naturally thin!
