i think she is going to pick mcdreamy, there is a chemistry between them. you can see it everytime they look at each other. she isn't the same with the vet and he definitely doesn't look at his wife the same way

She's in love with Derek, but she doesn't want to pick him and she won't for some time. But she'll realize that she can't love Finn like she loves Derek and leave him because she'll feel guilty.
Proof? Finn leaves 3 episodes into the new season.

It has to be Derek, but I think she'll let him suffer for a while before she makes up her mind. Finn is a great guy-he's sweet and understanding and considerate, and let's face it, Derek can be a real jerk to her. But they have that spark between them that can't be denied, and they love each other. It'll be a long, hard ride, but she'll end up with Derek.

She'll pick McVet since she's upset that she gave into McDreamy so easily at the prom, but over season 3 she'll probably drift back to McD, especially once McSteamy comes back to Seattle.
