Everyone has nightmares occasionally, but if it happens every night then you need to talk to someone about it because that means something is troubling you. Even if you do like it, I suggest you find some new interests besides horror. Trust me it will make you feel even better than you feel when you wake up. It really isn't strange to me, because a lot of people I know are this way (even if I'm not). Good Luck!

I guess you have nightmares like I have hot sex dreams. But yes I have dreams that I remember quite often. My nightmares often involve feelings more than horrific happenings so I guess it's all relative. And even if it were strange for you to have dreams every night why worry, you're getting great creative inspiration, that's awesome!

I go threw the same things only not all the time, I love nightmares they seem to send me into a dreamy state mixed with fear but erotic as well, my dreams are very vivid, I mean I could smell the hay that swirled around in the billowy wind, feeling things in the dream, I used to write them down and you know if you do, they all fit together somehow like a story.

Yeah that is pretty strange actually, but that's what makes you a unique individual. Its just a subconscious way of filtering out your fascination for the macabre. However, I had a nightmare just this morning with Christopher Walken as the antagonist, it was scary as hell. Won't write a book here about it though :))

When I have a nightmare it scares the crap out of me and I can't go back to sleep.

How is your spirtual life? Dreams can be visions and warnings or even things that are on the unconsious mind. You should definetly stop watching so many horror movies.

Maybe your dreams are a way for your brain to disregard the things you have on your mind. If you didn't dream, you might would carry out these horrible things. Maybe it's a good thing that you are having these dreams; it's your brain's way of release.
