Al Gore...because Osammy Baby could "prove" to him with "scientific evidence" that all Americans should be killed.

one might assume you mean he would only be able to vote in our country... not being here personally and assuming he also has no way to hurt anyone or influence people ... or cause further terrorism and destruction by or through giving his vote...
perhaps his vote then would be for hilary clinton.
he may vote for her in hopes other americans will too ... so then theyll be more distracted by having a female presidentess for a while...
perhaps if she actually become president then hell halt his activities for the most part and change his superficial goals as to lead america back into its state of secureness and weak security... than attack again.
having a female president may also help him because it helps divide america... too many opinionated people probably oppose the idea of having a female president... and probably will further not trust the government... and also be the cause of revolts, uprising or rebellions.
