In order to lose 1lb you would have to expunge 3500 calories. You would have to look at your diet and exercise routine and figure out ways to eat less and burn more.

The healthiest way to lose wait is 2 pounds per week. So that would mean find a way to lose an extra 1000 calories a day.

The best way is to do a good aerobic walk for an 1 hour a day.

minimum of 100 crunches per 3 days.2 sets:20 lunges and 3 sets:20 squats for the thighs (if u can do that much) keep drinking the water like u are now. I know it's hard to, but resist the candies and sweets and junk food. It will be worth it in the long run. Keep a DETAILED Food Journal to for seven days then look back and see where u can improve as far as content and proportion. I hope this helps!!!

You may be over doing it with the water. You could be putting on water weight. I drink about 45oz of water(and i'm not dehydrated at all) and I'm am a 5'10" 179lb male. I have lost a considerable amount of weight. I'd say cut down on the water but keep up the sit ups. Also, eating less food and try to eat more foods that are harder to digest, such as apples and celery. Good luck!

heres what i did:
NO junkfood, but on sunday u can have a little, that throws ur body off balance which makes diets work better.

exercise at least 30-40 minutes a day. do aerobic, cardio and all kinds of stuff to burn calories.

as for cruches, do u mean where ur on ur back with ur legs in the air and u bend to move ur head close to ur knees? do about 150, that should be somewhat of a challenge, but if its too hard then try 100 or 80 or if thats too hard try30 and work ur way up slowly everyday.
